charming stay with great service

central location amazing variety jacuzzi beds

i was charmed by the central location, a real benefit for exploring. the breakfast buffet had amazing variety, i found many fresh options. the spa facilities included a wave pool with power showers and jacuzzi beds, a lovely surprise. i also found the room spacious, it had plenty of storage space for all my belongings.

I noticed the gym could use some updating. It seemed a bit worn compared to other hotel facilities.

The breakfast offered a wide array of fresh fruits. A detail i noticed immediately as i've visited many locations in madeira, but this one stood out. freshly cooked egg and pancake dishes were available.

The staff were polite and friendly. A small thing i value greatly. house keeping maintained a spotlessly clean room throughout my stay. I had fresh towels when i needed them.

the staff was helpful. breakfast offered a wide choice of food including freshly cooked egg dishes. the rooftop pool has various food available throughout the day until six in the evening at reasonable prices.

some beautiful rooms overlook an unpleasant side street. the aircon wasn't working. i tried calling reception but no answer. the air quality was too bad to sleep in.
